  • Check Oil Tank Position up to modern standards i.e. double bunded
  • Electrics up to current NIC regulations
  • PAT Testing (appliances over 1 year)
  • Check – Carbon Monoxide Detector (log burner and boiler)
  • Check – Smoke and Heat Detectors
  • Chimney Swept (if required)
  • Empty Septic Tank (if required)
  • Vermin Control
  • Service Alarm System
  • Stop Cock Position for documentation
  • Consumer Unit Position (Fuse Box) for documentation
  • Test Private Water Supply (if required)
  • Organise for Locks to be installed for Housekeeper cupboard and exterior locks up to British Standards
  • Install Fire Blankets and Fire Extinguishers
  • Organised Key Cutting
  • Installation of Key Box
  • House File with all documentation
  • Complete all Holiday Home Company Paperwork – not including Homeowner risk assessment
  • Forward a copy of all paperwork direct to Holiday Home Company emergency numbers for the Housekeeper
  • Help you achieve the upper echelon of Holiday Home rental.

Management Fee 2 to 3 Bedroom £650 each additional bedroom add £150 i.e. 4 bedroom £800.00

All upgrading and property renovation will be charged at cost plus 15% management fee.

Furnishing the property, ready for rental – cost plus 20% management fee.
