  • Boiler Service
  • Aga Service (if required)
  • Electrics up to current NIC standards
  • PAT Testing (appliances over 1 year  and rented)
  • Check – Carbon Monoxide Detector (log burner and boiler)
  • Check – Smoke and Heat Detectors
  • Chimney Swept (if required)
  • Empty Septic Tank (if required)
  • Vermin Control
  • Service Alarm System
  • Test Private Water Supply (if required)
  • Check dates all Fire Blankets and Fire Extinguishers (if required)
  • House File with all documentation
  • Forward all paperwork direct to Holiday Company / Agent (if required)
  • Annual property overview highlighting areas that need maintenance and upgrade and prediction of future requirements
  • All trade and material invoices paid via a dedicated client account


Annual Management Fee £500 (above 3 bedrooms by negotiation)

All upgrading and property renovation will be charged at cost plus 15% management fee.
